Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely delighted with your Ashers purchase. If you experience any issue with your order, we’re here to help and will do our best to make it right.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Due to the nature of these products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Final Sale items
• Baby Related Products

Our Guarantee

We hope you love everything you ordered. But if something doesn’t work out, we gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for returns or exchanges within 30 days of the original shipping date.

To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them. If any part of your order arrives damaged, please email team@ashers.ca
with a photo of the damaged item, and we’ll assist you right away.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email to confirm receipt and whether your refund has been approved.

We do charge a handling fee on all refunds; however, exchanges are free of charge.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Check your bank or credit card statement again.

Contact your bank or card provider, as it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

We replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please initiate a return by emailing team@ashers.ca

Shipping

The delivery time for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.

If your return item is valued over $150, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned package.

For international orders, return postage must be paid by the customer.
